RFID Antenna Screen Printing Machine

Application:

This machine is used to print RFID antenna on PET film in roll form. It is an automatic printing line composed of a feeder, a printing unit and a hot air dryer, UV dryer is available for option. The machine is equipped an automatic register system with three sensors, it ensures the machine capable of doing overprint in high accuracy. Making the antenna by screen will not cause pollution to water.

Features:

RFID Antenna Screen Printing Machine can print labels and stickers, water and heat transfer film, membrane switches, IMD, IML, RFID, FPC, ceramic decals, motorcycle helmet decals, nameplate and non-woven fabrics, etc.
The printing material should be films in roll, e.g. PET, PVC, PP, PC, BOPP films.
The Printing Machine can feed material, screen-printing, drying and rewinding printed material continuously.
Japan servo motors and PLC systems are used in the automatic screen printing machine to ensure high precision and stability.
This machine is compact design. It does not take much space in your production facility.
One operator is enough for the whole production, help you reduce labour cost.
