Application:

Hot stamping machine is also called flat hot stamping machine, which heats various customized hot stamping plate (corrosion plate) patterns through electric heating plate to melt and transfer the anodized aluminium foil to the surface of the substrate. The metallic lustre is bright and eye-catching. It is mainly suitable for hot stamping on paper, cardboard, leather, plastic sheet, cork and other substrates.

Features:

The casting is made of HT250 gray cast iron, and then annealed to make the casting (including the fuselage and the press frame) difficult to deform and break.
The main shaft is made of tetra-phosphor chrome steel. After quenching and tempering, the strength, rigidity and hardness of the main shaft are improved to achieve the effect of not being easily deformed.
The main parts of the gear are made of tetra-phosphoric chromium steel, which has been quenched and tempered.
The heating plate is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron, with great tensile strength and yield. (Standard flat, optional imitation honeycomb board)
The guide rail lining of the machine is made of 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum. After nitriding treatment, the hardness is strengthened, and it is not easy to wear.
Single-plate electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
Continuous cut and open delay function, delay range can be adjusted at will.
The transmission connecting rod (pulling arm) adopts nodular cast iron, which has high strength and toughness and strong tensile strength.
The key position bearings adopt Harbin bearing.
Manual lubrication and centralized lubrication (optional) lubrication system can better ensure the smooth flow of the oil circuit and make maintenance and maintenance of the lubrication system more convenient.
The shaft sleeve of the transmission part adopts a composite copper sleeve (to ensure lubrication). Make the machine more precise.
The indentation version uses 201 # stainless steel plate.
